Atletico Madrid have reportedly confirmed that they are in talks with Bwin over a sponsorship deal, but not to replace Azerbaijan on the shirts.
The capital club were reported earlier today as in talks with online gambling company Bwin over a deal to take over sponsorship of the club’s shirts for 2013-14.
However, AS have followed this up with reported confirmation from the club that they will instead continue with the Republic of Azerbaijan logo that they have been running since January this year.
Los Colchoneros have determined that talks are going ahead with Bwin, but for other aspects of sponsorship at the club.
Atleti’s deal with Azerbaijan is reportedly worth €12m.
