Swansea boss Michael Laudrup has signed a new deal that ties him to the club until June 2015.
The Danish Coach has been linked with a number of high-profile jobs after a successful season with the Premier League club – with Real Madrid fans voting him as their number one choice to replace Jose Mourinho.
But the 48-year-old has put pen-to-paper on an extended contract – something that he was delighted to do.
“We started something this season that I want to continue,” he told the club's official website.
“I know there has been a lot of speculation about my future, but I have always said that I'm happy here and I never had any doubts that I would sign.”
