Valencia Coach Ernesto Valverde was sanguine after the final whistle, despite his team surrendering a lead in the last minute.
Jose Barkero struck in the 89th minute for Levante to secure a 2-2 draw, but the 49-year-old was happy with the performance of his players.
“I think we deserved more from the game,” he told reporters. “We know how Levante play, and in the end it was a mistake the cost us.
“It was probably closer to 3-1 than 2-2, but I'm happy with the way we played.”
