Manolo Jimenez says that Real Zaragoza deserve a win, but also need one now, for their poor run of form recently.
The Aragonese head into Friday evening’s meeting at Getafe 17th in the table, two points above the relegation zone and without a League win since the end of December.
“The team is working hard and with anger because we deserve to have more points than we currently do,” Jimenez told reporters in anticipation of today’s game.
“So we are encouraged to keep playing well, but we have to now close out games. I do not want the team to continue messing up when playing nicely.
“At the moment the feeling is that everything that can go wrong will go wrong. This weekend’s game , it is very important to get a win after many games without one.
“I will continue to work and I hope that I am successful. We will not have the misfortune if we are not making the mistakes.”
