Roberto Soldado will be aiming to end an unusually long barren spell in front of goal against Real Zaragoza this weekend.
Los Che travel out to La Romareda this Saturday expected to pick up the points against an out-of-sorts Aragonese who have yet to win in 2013.
For Soldado, though, there is also the personal task of scoring his first ever goal against the team, having failed to find the net in nine previous career appearances against them.
As Marca report, Soldado has been unable to score for Real Madrid, Osasuna, Getafe or Valencia against Zaragoza.
Only against Celta Vigo in four games, Rayo Vallecano in two, Granada and three and Real Valladolid in four has Soldado also failed to score against in top-flight football.
