Osasuna Coach Jose Luis Mendilibar has defended his side's style of play despite the Rojillos hovering just above the relegation zone.
The Basque team sit in 17th place, having won just five of their 23 games this term.
But the 51-year-old has stood by his players claiming that they can stay in La Liga.
“We are not a flashy side,” he told terra.es. “We don't create a lot of chances, but we always defend well.
“I do not like to play an open game. Being defensive is also part of football, not everyone has to play tiki-taka.”
