Vazquez: Let’s hope Barca are asleep

Getafe striker Alvaro Vazquez has admitted that his team face an almost impossible task when they play Barcelona this weekend.

The Azulones travel to Camp Nou to face the Blaugrana this Sunday, and the 21-year-old has conceded that Tito Vilanova's men will be a tough proposition, even without the injured Xavi Hernandez.

“Let's see if they fall asleep,” he jokingly told reporters today. “I do not think they will be distracted by the Champions League in the next few weeks.

“They have a great squad, and do well in every competition. And also, coming off the back of two draws, they will be keen to do well in front of their own fans.

“They have so many world class players, Barcelona shouldn't really have any problems.”
