Celta Vigo boss Paco Herrera was satisfied with his team as they came from behind to draw 1-1 with Malaga.
Augusto Fernandez cancelled out Martin Demichelis' earlier strike to ensure a share of the points at La Rosaleda.
And the 59-year-old tactician was impressed with his side's performance against a top-four contender.
“I think we've shown here that we are a strong side,” he told a Press conference. “We tried to attack Malaga and had some good chances.
“They are a great team – you only have to look where they are in the table to see that.”
He also commented on La Rosaleda's pitch, which Manuel Pellegrini described as an 'ice rink'.
“The pitch was always going to hurt them because they like to get the ball down and play football.
“But it didn't help us either because we like to treat the ball well. It was bad for both teams.”
