Espanyol boss Javier Aguirre has admitted that leaving the relegation zone is an inspiring moment for his team.
The Periquitos beat Celta Vigo on Saturday to take them up to 16th in the table, and the Mexican Coach has conceded that the win will motivate his side to avoid the drop zone.
“I am satisfied with the performance of my team,” he told a Press conference. “The win has given us an injection and getting out of the relegation places will inspire and motivate us.
“However, if we let our guard down, we could be back in there.”
