Soldado: Valencia own worst enemy

Roberto Soldado has warned his Valencia teammates to maintain focus so as to ward off any potential Osasuna comeback in the Cup this week.

Los Che host the Pamplona outfit on Tuesday evening in the second leg of their Last 16 Copa del Rey clash, holding a 2-0 advantage from the first leg.

For Soldado, the concern is in seeing his own team hand a glimmer of hope to their La Liga opponents.

“We have a very positive result from the first leg, now we must finish them off,” asserted the 27-year-old in relation to his old side.

“The most dangerous element is ourselves, how we go out on to the field. We should be able to handle the result from the first leg and still play with the five senses.

“We must go out to win any game that we play at Mestalla.

“Osasuna do not give up and despite result from the first leg they are going to try and surprise us. I have no doubt that this will be a difficult game.”
