Pepe Mel has admitted that he was pleased with his Real Betis side as they beat Real Zaragoza 2-1 on Friday evening.
Goals from Jorge Molina and Ruebn Castro were enough to give the Verdiblancos their 10th win of the campaign.
And the 49-year-old Coach has claimed that it was a deserved victory for his team.
“It was a very tactical first half by both teams,” he told a Press conference. “Both teams played well, and there were almost no chances.
“After the break we focused a lot more and punished the space they gave us.
“A victory is a victory and today we earned it. It feels good to get the three points.”
