Real Zaragoza have sent an official complaint to La Liga's governing body [LFP] regarding Levante defender David Navarro.
The 32-year-old was clearly seen elbowing Zaragoza man Cristian Sapunaru in the face during the Granotes' 1-0 win early on Sunday afternoon.
Referee Ignacio Iglesias Villanueva however, failed to see the incident, which has led the Blanquillos to ask for retrospective action.
This is not the first time Navarro has been subject to condemnation this season – the former Valencia man was caught Cristiano Ronaldo with a stray elbow earlier in the campaign.
