New Valencia boss Ernesto Valverde has claimed that it was the team's attitude that he liked most in his debut win as Coach.
Los Che beat Osasuna 1-0 on Saturday evening thanks to a Roberto Soldado goal, and the 48-year-old has praised his side after just a week in charge.
“What I liked most was the attitude we have shown,” he told a Press conference. “From the very first minute we played well.
“It has been a tough week for the players, but they have done well.
“I have had little time and just a few workouts. When you take over midseason there's really very little you can do, but I want to thank the players.”
