Osasuna boss Jose Luis Mendilibar has praised Atletico Madrid after they defeated his side 3-1 at Vicente Calderon.
Goals from Miranda, Raul Garcia and Radamel Falcao were enough to give Los Rojiblancos the victory, and the 51-year-old Coach has congratulated Diego Simeone's men.
“Atletico Madrid have some great players,” he told a Press conference. “They have stars, but can also play together as a team. They killed us today.
“It's clear to see that they are on a great roll.”
He also commented on the current situation at the club, which has seen them sit at the bottom of the League table.
“I am not sorry and neither are the team,” he said. “It is true that we are bottom of the table, but I believe in what we do.
“I just hope the team doesn't collapse, and starts to get some confidence.”
