Osasuna Coach Jose Luis Mendilibar has praised his players despite their 1-0 loss to Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.
The 51-year-old tactician was quick to commend his squad even after defeat, saying they had 'given everything'.
“We were in the game right until the final whistle,” he told a press conference. “I cannot criticise them because they have given everything.
“They scored after 10 minutes which is always difficult. We need to be prepared for that. As soon as they scored, our game changed – that should not have been the case.”
