‘Celta poor at both ends’

Paco Herrera says that his Celta Vigo team lost at Granada today for failing to get things right at either end of the pitch.

The Galicians fell to a 2-1 defeat in Andalucia, to hand their opponents a first win of the season and leave them in lower mid-table.

“We lost because we made mistakes and we were poor in both penalty areas,” admitted Herrera afterwards.

“We missed our own chances to score and we could have done more to avoid conceding two goals.”
