Sevilla defender Alberto Botia says the team can go from strength-to-strength after last weekend's 1-0 win over Real Madrid.
Piotr Trochowski lashed home in the second minute to give Michel Gonzalez's side the victory against Los Blancos last Saturday, and the 23-year-old centre-back believes that they can use those three points as a catalyst for the remainder of the campaign.
“There is a good dynamic in this squad,” Botia told reporters today at a press conference.
“Everything is on track for us to keep on improving. We need a solid defence and to attack better, but our win against Madrid was more than deserved.
“We did a great job, and made the Madrid players very uncomfortable. After the game, we were euphoric, but now we must go on and improve.”
Sevilla travel to the Riazor on Monday to face Deportivo La Coruna in their next La Liga fixture.
