Celta Vigo boss Paco Herrera has pleaded with the club’s fans to be patient with new signing Park Chu-Young.
Herrera believes the arrival of the South Korean international will reinforce his attacking options, although he believes the former Arsenal youngster could take time to adapt.
“Right now he is doing very well but everything is a little strange to him, although that’s normal,” Herrera told a Press conference.
“He has also had to go to Uzbekistan [with his national team] and that is a little disorientating, but I feel he is a boy who will adapt well to our team.
“We have got ourselves a great player but will need to work on a couple of different things with him.
“All of us must be patient as he has come from two completely different cultures, the Korean as well as the English.”
