Marcelo Bielsa’s Athletic Bilbao have picked up their first points of the 2012-13 League season with a home win over Real Valladolid.
The visitors went into this game with maximum points from the first two rounds, whilst the Basque hosts had lost their opening two fixtures.
However, goals from Aritz Aduriz and Markel Susaeta inside a second-half six-minute spell earned Athletic their first win of the season and Valladolid their first defeat.
