Raphael Varane has revealed Zinedine Zidane only ‘loses his cool when it is completely necessary’ and he 'transmits calmness' to Real Madrid’s players.
The French central defender said his compatriot held a great aura in the dressing room and went on to say the relationship within the squad was ‘perfect’.
“When he speaks, all of us listen,” Varane told GQ magazine, as reported by Diario AS.
“All of the players want to learn from because as a player he won everything and now he has as a Coach too, so everyone can learn something from him.
“He encourages us to take more risks and to maximise our ability. He only ever loses his cool when it is completely necessary but overall he is tranquil and transmits calmness.
“The atmosphere in the dressing room is really strong. We have a healthy competition for places and we all help each other, knowing that together united we are stronger.
“We fight for each other and give our hall, our relationship is perfect.”
