Former Valencia boss Gary Neville has returned to Sky Sports as “an expert analyst and commentator” ahead of the new Premier League season.
Neville was acclaimed for his punditry during his first spell with Sky between 2011 and 2015, until he was lured to Valencia last December by owner and business partner Peter Lim.
However, a disastrous spell in charge saw him win only 10 of his 28 games at Mestalla – including a 7-0 humbling to Barcelona in the Copa del Rey – and leave the side in the thick of a relegation battle.
Neville will be joined in Sky’s punditry panel by, among them, ex-Barcelona forward Thierry Henry and long-time Liverpool rival Jamie Carragher.
