Joaquin Caparros believes there are positives to take from Granada’s draw at Celta Vigo despite going a seventh game without a win.
El Grana haven’t recorded maximum points since mid-September but Caparros told reporters following the goalless draw at Balaidos that he is content with the point, and impressed by the performance of Ruben Rochina.
“We were facing a team that is mentally strong. They came here after winning at Barcelona and the result is encouraging for the team and the fans,” he said, AS reports.
“We came here to compete and I think we have been at a good level. We had a very good first half. They came more into our half in the second but we had our chances.
“Rochina was at a level we want. He’s a player who can contribute a lot this season. He knows what and he’s working towards it.”
