Joaquin Caparros is wary of Rayo Vallecano’s away form and says Granada need a victory when they meet on Friday night.
Granada have lost their last three while Rayo’s last away game saw them beat Levante, but Caparros wants his team to put their poor form behind them.
“A good professional is one who disconnects regardless of what happened in previous games,” he said, AS reports.
“Rayo are doing very well away from home but we are two evenly matched teams and we have to play a good game and be better than our opponent.
“We need to win and we want to give joy to our supporters.
“Rayo are a team who know what to do when they have the ball. We’re asking for attitude, behaviour and what to do when we don’t have the ball.”
