Jordi Alba misses out at Getafe

Barcelona will be without left-back Jordi Alba for the visit to Getafe on Saturday night, reports Cadena Ser.

The former Valencia man has been struck down with flu and was eventually ruled out of Tito Vilanova’s plans for the Coliseum Alfonso Perez after failing to shake it off in time.

Alba: Spain have the hunger

Spain full-back Jordi Alba has claimed that the team are still hungry for titles, despite completing an historic treble at Euro 2012.

La Roja won their third consecutive international tournament in Poland and Ukraine just two months ago, adding to the winners' medals collected at the 2010 World Cup and 2008 European Championships.
