PSG to offer Kylian Mbappe bumper new contract amid Real Madrid interest

Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain will offer striker Kylian Mbappe a new €32M per year contract at the end of the season.

According to reports in Diario AS, the French giants are growing increasingly concerned that the former AS Monaco star could be tempted by a move to Real Madrid in 2020, if Los Blancos make their anticipated move.

Diego Forlan encourages Atletico Madrid to sign Edinson Cavani

Former Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan has called on the club to make a January move for Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani.

Diego Simeone's side have been linked with a potential push for a forward player in next month's transfer window, to ease the goal scoring burden on Alvaro Morata and Joao Felix in the coming months. 

Uruguayan international Cavani has been one of the names linked with Los Rojiblancos, and his international compatriot believes it would be an ideal move for both parties.

Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring Marquinhos' contract situation at Paris Saint-Germain, with a view to a summer move.

The Brazilian international has reportedly stalled on a contract renewal with the Ligue 1 side, with his current deal expiring in 2022, and PSG are now open to a sale to prevent losing him on a free transfer.

Neymar to sue Barcelona again over unpaid wages

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is suing Barcelona for €3.5m in unpaid wages, according to a report in El Mundo.

The star has accused Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu of acting with ‘absolute bad faith’ and having applied ‘reprisals’ against him for having signed for the French champions.

Zinedine Zidane confirms Eden Hazard injury concerns

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has confirmed midfielder Eden Hazard has suffered an ankle sprain following the 2-2 Champions League draw at home to Paris Saint-Germain.

Hazard was withdrawn after 70 minutes after being caught by PSG defender Thomas Meunier, and Zidane stated in his post-match press conference that he is concerned by the injury.

"There is a little worry over Hazard at full time."

"He was in pain at full time, and we think it is more than an impact injury."

Karim Benzema: Now we can focus on La Liga

Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema is confident the club can now focus on La Liga after securing their place in the Champions League last 16.

Zinedine Zidane's side let a two goal lead slip at the Santiago Bernabeu, after a brace from the former French international, but results elsewhere mean they are into the knockout stages with a game to spare.

Despite securing their progress, Benzema was annoyed at not winning at full time, but was clear on the direction the club are moving.

Champions League Line Ups: Real Madrid v Paris Saint-Germain

Real Madrid host Paris Saint-Germain in Champions League action tonight, where a win will put Zinedine Zidane´s side in to the knockout stages.

Zinedine Zidane makes three changes from the side that beat Real Sociedad 3-1 at home in La Liga at the weekend, with Marcelo replacing Ferland Mendy at left back and Isco and Toni Kroos in for  Luka Modric and Rodrygo Goes.

Nacho Fernandez set for Champions League comeback

Real Madrid defender Nacho Fernandez is set to return to the match day squad for the midweek Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Spanish international has not featured for Zinedine Zidane´s side since the October 1 tie with Club Brugge, after suffering an injury in training.

However according to reports in Marca, he has now returned to full training, and could be included in the squad to face PSG at the Santiago Bernabeu on November 26.
