Carlos Vela has Barcelona offer - LA Galaxy teammate

Former Barcelona youth team player Jonathan Dos Santos has claimed LA Galaxy teammate Carlos Vela has an offer from the Catalan giants.

The two are teammates at both club and international level for Mexico, with Dos Santos claiming the former Real Sociedad forward may return to La Liga in January.

Now aged 30, Vela netted a total of 66 La Liga goals for Real Sociedad across seven seasons having initially joined the club from Arsenal in 2011.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has asked fans to leave Gareth Bale in peace, following recent controversy involving the forward.

Bale returned to the Real Madrid squad as a second half substitute in the 3-1 home win over Real Sociedad, however he was whistled by Real fans following his involvement with Wales last week.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has opted to leave Gareth Bale on the bench as they host Real Sociedad in La Liga action tonight.

Bale was recalled to the squad, for the first time since early October, however he is not one of the changes made by Zidane from the 4-0 win at Eibar before the international break.

The Frenchman only makes one alteration from that game, as Rodrygo Goes replaces Lucas Vazquez.

Martin Odegaard: I want Real Madrid to win La Liga

Martin Odegaard is hopeful Real Madrid win La Liga this season and believes he will return to the club in 2021.

The Norway international has starred in the opening months of the campaign for Real Sociedad after joining them on a two-year loan deal from Los Blancos.

Real Sociedad forward Alexander Isak targeted by racist abuse

Real Sociedad star Alexander Isak has confirmed he was the victim of racist chanting during Sweden's 2-0 Euro 2020 qualifying win away in Romania.

The 20-year old forward came on as a 78th minute substitute, as Janne Andersson's side sealed their place in next summer's tournament, however he was booed upon arrival.

Referee Daniele Orsato reacted to the racist chanting, and official announcement was made to confirm the game would be suspended unless it stopped.
