Antoine Griezmann has reflected that Real Sociedad will carry their anger from losing at Barcelona into facing Sevilla this weekend.
The San Sebastian outfit were much changed and comprehensively defeated 4-1 at the Camp Nou on Tuesday evening, but have a chance to follow it up by hosting Sevilla this Saturday.
For the team’s French forward, moving on from the defeat at Barca, however, is proving hard.
“I have not moved on from the anger, there is still some that remains, actually,” Griezmann told reporters this week.
“We’re a little upset, but that will help us to find more intensity to match Sevilla and help us to find the three points that we need.
“The fans’ criticism of our attitude? They can criticise as they wise, we are focused on ourselves, we train hard and will give our all this Saturday to win, of that there is no doubt.”
