Real Madrid vs Sevilla

Jose Maria del Nido has made clear that Sevilla are not going to Real Madrid this midweek to play for anything less than the three points.

Los Nervionenses are over a year in La Liga without winning away from home and this Wednesday head out to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Even with the odds of their run ending in the capital, Sevilla’s chief is clear that mentality will not be to play for a draw.

“Visiting the field of Real Madrid is always difficult because they are one of the greats in Spain and the world, but Sevilla does not give up fighting for points in any field in Spain,” Del Nido commented to reporters today.

“Refereeing issues in El Clasico? I am convinced that Wednesday’s game will pass through the usual channels, which are sporting, and that the referee will be the best one for the contenders.

“I am sure that we will see a great show.”

Kick off: Wednesday October 30, 2013 – 21.00 UK
