Malaga vs Real Betis

Malaga striker Roque Santa Cruz won't hold back if he scores against ex-employers Real Betis on Saturday.

With Malaga fourth and Betis sixth the game at La Rosaleda is a meeting of two of La Liga's form sides, and a particularly special occasion for Santa Cruz, who spent last season on loan with the Verdiblancos.

“Betis are a super special club, I have good friendships with a lot of people there, but I really want to score,” said the Paraguayan. “People should understand that goals are joys, I'd like to celebrate.”

For the visitors it's about cooling down and focusing on the task at hand after two of their players were controversially sent off in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to Atletico Madrid.

“I have to be careful what I say, but I hope the referee has a television,” stated boss Pepe Mel. “However I don't want to dwell on it as we have to prepare for the next match against Malaga.”
