Espanyol vs Osasuna

Espanyol and Osasuna 's Estadio Cornella-El Prat showdown is the very definition of a relegation six pointer.

Even after the resurgence which has seen them take seven points from the last available nine, Espanyol are still 18th with nine points, one short of safety.

Osasuna would happily swap places with them however, as they are bottom with five points and have won only once all season.

“Winning against Osasuna on Saturday would be an important step for the future,” said Espanyol boss Mauricio Pochettino. “It is a critical juncture for the aspirations of the team.”

Counterpart Jose Luis Mendilibar is still clinging to his job, but only just after last weekend's 1-0 loss at home to Real Valladolid.

“He is currently like he is when things are going well, just as grumpy, loud and working,” was goalkeeper Andres Fernandez's slightly unusual endorsement. “I have no sense of an ultimatum.”

Kick off: Saturday November 10th, 5.00 (BST)
