Celta Vigo vs Deportivo

The first Primera Division Galician derby for five years, Celta Vigo versus Deportivo La Coruna should be a cracker.

Both clubs were promoted together in the summer, and although Depor got the better of last season's Segunda derbies – winning 2-1 at Riazor and 3-2 at Balaidos – its Celta who have taken to top-flight life better.

The Celestes are 13th with nine points, three clear of their 18th placed local rivals.

“It was a very big game in La Segunda and its eve bigger now,” said Depor Coach Jose Luis Oltra.

“As the days pass you start to get a tingle in your stomach,” confessed Celta defender Hugo Mallo.

“We want to win this so much, but it's not a question of getting revenge.”

Kick off: Saturday October 27, 7.00 (BST)
