Juan Ignacio Martinez has conceded that his team's win was a 'very important' one, whilst Miroslav Djukic was hesitant to blame anyone for the defeat.
A late own-goal from Antonio Rukavina gave the Granotes the three points at Ciutat de Valencia, but the 48-year-old has claimed that either team could have won the game.
“It was an important victory for us,” he told a Press conference. “It is always difficult to win in La Liga and I have to congratulate Real Valladolid for the efforts they made.
“Anyone could have won this game, it just so happened that luck fell on our side.”
The Serbian Coach meanwhile did want to talk down anyone after the final whistle.
“I cannot blame anyone or anything,” he told a Press conference. “We were true to our ideas, our style of play.
“My team has played well. We have not been rewarded with any points and more work is definitely needed.
“We did many good things in the game, but we've lost a game that we should not have lost.”
