Antoine Griezmann issues El Clasico form warning

Barcelona forward Antoine Griezmann has warned his teammates they need to improve ahead of next week's crucial El Clasico tie with Real Madrid.

The Catalan giants slipped to a 2-2 draw at Real Sociedad this weekend, handing the La Liga title initiative to Zinedine Zidane's side ahead of their Camp Nou showdown on December 18.

The French international scored against his former side, but he stated in a post match interview with Movistar, via Diario AS, that the team needs to do more ahead of the Real Madrid game.

"We must learn from the Sociedad game and improve for when we meet Real Madrid."

"We will prepare for that game now, and that is where our focus must be."

"We will see what happens next week."

The visit of Real Madrid will be Griezmann's first El Clasico as a Barcelona player, following his controversial €120M summer move from Atletico Madrid, and he has a strong record against Los Blancos, with five goals in ten La Liga meetings during his time with Diego Simeone's side.
