Atletico Madrid forward Victor Mollejo is on course to join Deportivo la Coruna on a season long loan.
The Segunda side are expected to complete the signings of Valencia CF defender Salva Ruiz and Vukasin Jovanovic before the transfer window closes on September 2nd.
However according reports in Diario AS, Deportivo manager Juan Antonio Anquela is also looking to boost his attacking options ahead of a long season with a move for Mollejo.
The 19-year old made his La Liga debut at the back end of the 2018-19 campaign, with four appearances for Diego Simeone's side, but he is expected to have a reduced role this season following the arrival of Joao Felix alongside Alvaro Morata, Diego Costa and Thomas Lemar.
Mollejo was part of Spain's EURO U19 Championship winning squad this summer, playing a key role for Santi Denia's side in Armenia.
