Villarreal have confirmed the signing of Fulham forward Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa on a season-long loan.
Javier Calleja's side have been linked with a move for the Cameroonian international in recent days, and the La Liga side announced the move via their social media channels earlier today.
Zambo joined the Cottagers in a £22m deal from Ligue 1 side Bordeaux at the start of the 2018-19 season, and he made 22 Premier League appearances as they were relegated back to the Championship.
With the club looking to cut costs, they accepted Villarreal's offer, and agreed to an optional purchase clause on the forward at the end of the 2019-20 season.
Calleja has been busy in the transfer market so far this summer, bringing in former Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno on a free transfer, as well as former Valencia CF and Real Madrid centre back Raul Albiol from Serie A side Napoli.
