RFEF confirm Segunda Division games suspended following death of Jose Reyes

The RFEF have confirmed that seven Segunda Division games in Spain will be postponed this weekend following the tragic death of former Jose Reyes.

The former Sevilla and Spain forward was killed in a car accident on Saturday June 1, and the Spanish governing body for football has also confirmed that a minute of silence will be held at games still taking place. 

The sudden passing of Reyes has caused shock across the footballing world, with his current side Extremadura confirming that their game at Cadiz this weekend is one if the suspended games.

Reyes, 35, who made 195 appearances for Sevilla, across two spells, winning three Europa League titles, as well as the English Premier League and FA Cup during his time with Arsenal.
