Borussia Dortmund move for Barcelona winger Malcom

Borussia Dortmund want to sign Barcelona winger Malcom this summer to replace the outgoing Cristian Pulisic, report Diario Sport.

The 22-year-old has started just six La Liga games (three of which have come after the league title was secured) since a €41m summer switch from Bordeaux, and has also been linked with a move to both Milan and Inter.

The report adds that the Blaugrana are willing to recoup the summer fee they spent on the winger last summer – terms which are agreeable to Dortmund.

The Brazilian was set to join Roma last summer from the French club before the Blaugrana moved at the eleventh hour to steal the deal.

English trio Everton, Tottenham and Arsenal have previously been linked to a deal while there have also been reports in the Spanish press that there is interest from the Chinese Super League.

It is reported that Barca boss Ernesto Valverde did not give the green light to Malcom’s arrival last year and he does not plan to give him a prominent role in his squad.
