Marca: Real Madrid will have €300m for summer transfers

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane could have up to €300m to spend on new players this summer, according to weekend reports in Marca.

The Frenchman has made no secret of his intention to remodelled the squad this summer, and Los Blancos have already been linked with a host of players from across Europe's top leagues.

According to the report, Real Madrid will be mindful of complying with FIFA's Financial Fair Play rules, which stipulate that clubs must only spend €100m per season more than they earned in the previous campaign.

Zidane is expected to sell some of his fringe players to fund a transfer spree, with a potential €200m coming from player sales, and a further €100m coming in from club president Florentino Perez.

The club has already confirmed the signings of Rodrygo, from Brazilian side Santos and defender Eder Militao from Primeira Liga side Porto, with moves for Luka Jovic and Ferland Mendy set to be tied up after the final game of the La Liga season this weekend.
