Inter defender Milan Skriniar is unlikely to leave the club this summer despite reports of a move to La Liga, his agent has said.
Mithat Halis has stated that Atletico Madrid previously held a solid interest in his client, while Real Madrid and Barcelona had also been linked.
“His price is very high, it is €100m, and only two Spanish clubs and those in the Premier League can afford that,” Halis is cited as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Atletico Madrid wanted him while he was at Sampdoria but now there is nothing…as for Barcelona and Madrid, there has been no solid approach from either.”
The 24-year-old Slovakian has established himself as one of the most in-demand defenders in European football.
