Real Madrid deny report on Kylian Mbappe offer

Real Madrid have ruled out a summer move for Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe this summer, according to a report in Marca.

A sensational report from France Football on Monday claimed Madrid president Florentino Perez had given his personal approval for the move and will lay the groundwork for a deal €280m move.

The 20-year-old has been elevated into one of world football’s most sought-after stars following a €170m switch to the Parisians from Monaco in the summer of 2017.

However, the report in Marca claims Madrid know the player is unattainable this summer and will instead pursue Liverpool’s Sadio Mane and Eden Hazard of Chelsea.

The France international has his 52 goals in 79 appearances for PSG and has been heavily linked to Los Blancos across the time period since.

Madrid have been heavily linked with a summer bid for the former Monaco player, with significant investment in the squad expected during the close season.
