Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba wants Real Madrid move

Paul Pogba wishes to leave Manchester United and is open to a summer move to Real Madrid, according to a report in Diario AS.

The 26-year-old, who is under contract at Old Trafford until 2021, is said by the report to have instructed his agent Mino Raiola to be open to the idea of a deal.

The Madrid-based outlet goes on to explain that the France international ‘feels it’s time for him to move on’ as ‘he believes he has completed what he has set out to do at United’ and that he has already rejected an offer of a new contract.

The report claims that Los Blancos are Pogba’s ‘first option’ within Spain but also state that he is open to a possible return to Italian champions Juventus.

“At the moment I'm happy in Manchester. I play. There's a new coach,” Pogba told reporters earlier this month.

“Real Madrid is one of the biggest clubs in the world. I've always said it is a dream club for every player and Zidane is there.”
