Real Madrid consider West Ham United attacker Felipe Anderson

Real Madrid will attempt to sign West Ham United forward Felipe Anderson should they fail in their pursuit of Eden Hazard from Chelsea, say Sky Sports.

Belgium international Hazard has long been linked with a move to the European champions and last month he told the media that he has “already made a decision” over his future.

The report from England claims Chelsea have already rejected a €70m offer for the playmaker from Madrid and would only be interested in a bid around double that amount for a player who is out of contract next summer.

Brazilian attacker Anderson joined the Hammers from Lazio last summer in a club record €35m deal and the report claims the East London club would consider a sale for less than double that sum.

The 25-year-old has netted eight Premier League goals and provided six assists since joining the English club.
