Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe reportedly has his heart set on a future move to Real Madrid, according to a ‘close relative’.
The 20-year-old has been elevated into one of world football’s most sought-after stars following a €170m switch to the Parisians from Monaco in the summer of 2017.
The France international has his 52 goals in 79 appearances for PSG and has been heavily linked to Los Blancos across the time period since.
Calciomercato.com cite quotes in French outlet Le Journal de dimanch from one of the forward’s ‘close relatives’ in which they state that Mbappe has his eyes set on Madrid.
“When he was close to Real, Kylian commented, ‘if I arrive in Madrid at 18, what will I do when I am 23?’ One day you see him at Real Madrid soon.”
Madrid have been heavily linked with a summer bid for the former Monaco player, with significant investment in the squad expected during the close season.
