Gareth Bale missed Real Madrid's final training session ahead of their La Liga game at Real Valladolid on Sunday, with a minor injury.
The Welsh international came off the bench during the midweek Champions League defeat to Ajax, and the club confirmed he suffered a knock towards the end of that game.
His absence from Saturday's preparation is reported to be a precautionary measure from manager Santiago Solari, and he should be fit to start at the Estadio Jose Zorrilla.
Mariano Diaz is also expected to be fit after missing training due to illness, however Dani Carvajal, Lucas Vazquez and Vinicius Junior join Marcos Llorente on the growing list of injury absentees.
Club captain Sergio Ramos also misses out, after collecting his fifth La Liga booking of the season against Barcelona last weekend.
