On loan Southampton defender Wesley Hoedt wants to remain at Celta Vigo, after his loan deal expires at the end of the season.
The Dutch international signed on loan with the La Liga side in January, and he has made four appearances for Miguel Cardoso's side.
According to club fan-site Read Southampton, the 24 year-old told Portuguese newspaper Faro de Vigo wants Celta Vigo to take up their option to sign him permanently at the end of the campaign.
"At the moment the decision is not mine to make.
"It depends on how the season ends, and I am still under contract with Southampton.
"But I like being here and I will give my all until the end of the season.
"I would like to continue at this great club."
