Tottenham are planning an approach for highly-rated Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler this summer, report ESPN FC.
The highly-rated 22-year-old has a deal Los Che lasting until June 2021 with a buyout clause which was previously reported by Super Deporte as standing at €80m.
However, the fresh report claims Spurs are willing to make an offer of €35m (£30m) for the Spain Under-21 international, who has previously been linked to Manchester City.
Soler only made his professional debut in December 2016 but has since made 93 appearances – including 28 matches this campaign.
