Real Madrid and Barcelona are world football’s highest earners, leapfrogging Manchester United, in Deloitte’s annual report into club revenues.
The list is based on revenue over the 2017-18 campaign with Madrid topping football’s list with £665.2m in revenue with Barca in second on £661.6m, both moving up one position on the list.
United dropped to third while there were a total of six English clubs in the top 10, with Atletico Madrid (£269.6m) 13th on the global list.
Madrid’s revenue was up £86.5m from the previous campaign while Barca’s leapt up by £104.5m while Atleti’s rose by £35.2m.
