Sevilla have rejected the opportunity to sign Atletico Madrid striker Nikola Kalinic, who Marca report was offered to the Andalusian club.
Kalinic only joined Atleti from Milan in a €15m deal this summer but has started just five La Liga games, netting twice.
In separate developments, Diego Simeone’s side reportedly want to add Chelsea’s out-of-favour striker Alvaro Morata but reports say Los Rojiblancos are at the limit of their capped wage at €293m per annum.
That means sales must be generated before any additions come into their first-team squad while Gelson Martins, another summer arrival, is another player whom Atleti are thought to be keen to offload.
