Club World Cup line-ups: Real Madrid-Al Ain

Real Madrid are unchanged for today’s Club World Cup Final against Emirati champions Al Ain.

Marcos Llorente continues in defensive midfield, despite Casemiro’s return to fitness, while Lucas Vazquez is once more preferred to Isco as the winger looks to extend his unbeaten run in the side under Santiago Solari.

Al Ain are Los Blancos’ opponents after they shocked River Plate on penalties in the semi-finals, and leading their attack is Sweden striker Marcus Berg, who has scored 44 goals in just 45 appearances for the club.

Once coached by Barcelona and Argentina icon Diego Maradona, they are nicknamed ‘The Boss’, given their status as by far the most successful club in the UAE, which is coincidentally hosting the tournament.

Madrid have won the last two Club World Cups and are aiming to become the first team to ever lift three in a row.
