Barcelona have identified Juventus defender Daniele Rugani as a potentially January transfer target, according to a report in Diario Sport.
The 24-year-old is highly rated within Italy but has enjoyed limited game time for the Bianconeri this campaign, involved in just three Serie A matches thus far.
Rugani was signed from Empoli in 2015 but the return of Leonardo Bonucci to the Old Lady this summer has seen his starting opportunities drop dramatically.
Barca want a loan deal for the Italian international with an option to sign, while Chelsea saw an approach blocked over summer by Juve.
However, Rugani is open to a move away from the club this January in search of more game-time.
